Birchbox April

Hello my lovelies this months Birchbox arrived on my doorstep the other day and it's definitely a yummy one. Aprils theme is Good Enough To Eat, with all the products either scented or inspired by foodie ingredients.

This months in-box cards includes an April agenda, a chance to win full-sized versions of your April samples and an oh so yummy sounding Hummingbird Bakery recipe for salted caramel cupcakes which I can't wait to try out.

My box seems to be really well balanced product wise. First up is a full-sized bottle of Tommyguns 'Pomegranate & Orange Flower' Shampoo which has an RRP of £5.50. It smells really fresh and fruity, I love it and can't wait to try and see if the scent lingers after washing.
Next up is a How 'Bout Them Apples? Cheek and Lip Cream in 'Pie' (the full palette of all 6 shades has a RRP of £26). Pie is a lovely rosy red/pink shade and nearly an exact match to the pink apples that grow on one of our apple trees. I tend to just stick to just clear lip balm but this is should a lovely spring colour I think I'll definitely be giving it a try one day soon.
The next product in my box is a Lord & Berry Black Eye Liner Pencil in Black which at full size has an RRP of £10. I've had a quick play with this pencil and its really soft and is great to smudge with so will work much better for smokey eyes than my current eye liner which has overtime gone abit hard.
Next up is a Birchbox exclusive nail polish by Color Club and RRPs at £15 for a full set of 4 polishes. I received a mini bottle of 'Breakfast At' which is a pearly green shade, a perfect for pastel colour for spring.
And my last beauty sample is the One Love Organics 'Skin Savour Waterless Beauty Balm which retails at £30 full sized. This is a do-it-all balm which can remove makeup, cleanse and moisturise all with water. It smells amazing very tropical and summery I can't wait to start using it and best of all its a cruelty free brand.
This months lifestyle extra is Propercorn 'Fiery Worcester Sauce and Sun-Dried Tomato' Popcorn which to honest really isn't my thing I'm a salted or nothing kind of girl but I know Mr H will love these when he's home.

All in all is a great box, it didn't wow me on opening but after having a proper look I'm pretty happy with the items and there's nothing I wouldn't use.

Did you receive a Birchbox this month?
I'd love to hear what you got.
